1. What this service is
WhatsMCP ("the Service", "we", "us") gives an account holder programmatic access to their own WhatsApp account through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a companion dashboard. The Service is an independent tool built against WhatsApp's client protocol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc., and "WhatsApp" is used here only to describe interoperability, not endorsement.
2. Your account, your responsibility
By registering you confirm you are the lawful owner or an authorised operator of the WhatsApp number you connect, and that you will use the Service in compliance with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable law, and any messaging-consent requirements for the recipients you contact. You are solely responsible for the content you send and the automations you run through your connected account.
3. Risk of suspension, ban, or block — no liability
Connecting an unofficial, automated, or third-party client to WhatsApp carries an inherent risk that WhatsApp or Meta may flag, rate-limit, suspend, ban, or permanently block the connected number, at their sole discretion and without notice to us. This can happen for reasons outside the Service's control, including WhatsApp's own anti-abuse systems, changes to their protocol, or how the account is used.
You accept this risk entirely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsMCP and its operators disclaim all responsibility and liability for any suspension, ban, block, loss of access, loss of messages or contacts, or any other consequence to your WhatsApp account arising from or related to your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that your number will remain connected, functional, or unblocked at any point during or after use of the Service.
4. Service provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future change WhatsApp makes to its own protocol.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsMCP and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any loss connected to a suspended, banned, or blocked WhatsApp account.
6. Changes and termination
We may change these terms, or suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Questions
Once signed in, questions about these terms can be sent through the dashboard's Contact support page.
